Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
